Ascent Global Logistics, LLC is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to source, negotiate, and secure carriers for client shipments in a fast-paced trading environment. You will grow carrier relationships, price loads, and leverage Navisphere to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction in a dynamic logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• High energy with strong presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.

Responsabilités

• Source, negotiate, and secure carriers to transport client freight.
• Develop and grow carrier relationships (lead gen, cold calling, referrals).
• Build relationships with trucking company contacts (owners, dispatchers, drivers).
• Leverage Navisphere and data to price, quote, negotiate, and improve efficiency.
• Maintain contact with carriers to secure capacity and manage agreements.
• Provide exceptional service to carriers and customers.
• Ensure shipment details are communicated and tracked in the system.
