OPENLANE is seeking a Carrier Services Representative to join our Mesa, AZ hybrid team. You will handle daily carrier inquiries, monitor load status, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, documenting all activities.

This role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and transportation operations support in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service or logistics, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, transportation, logistics, or a related support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Respond to daily phone calls and emails from carriers regarding load status and issues.
• Monitor delayed loads and proactively obtain updates to ensure timely delivery.
• Research carrier concerns and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Document all carrier interactions and load updates in company systems.
• Support carriers in learning how to independently manage and update their loads.
• Maintain knowledge of company procedures, products, and services.
• Escalate carrier issues requiring additional attention to management.
• Assist in monitoring team workflows to ensure documentation and load notes are entered.
