The Hershey Company is seeking a Manager, Carrier Services to lead end-to-end service delivery with third-party logistics partners. You will oversee logistics accessorials, carrier claims, returns and related invoicing, ensuring accurate financial transactions and strong SLAs.

Qualifications

5-7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Lead service delivery for Carrier Services with third-party partners.
Oversee processing and payment of carrier claims, returns and invoicing.
Ensure SLAs and metrics are met; resolve escalated issues.
Drive continuous improvement using global templates and innovative practices.
Serve as the primary enterprise contact for carrier service matters.
Ensure financial accuracy in deductions, credits and debits.
Align carrier operations with broader goals and performance metrics.
Bring strong project management and organizational skills to multi-functional logistics initiatives.
Apply data analytics, dashboard design and automation for ongoing improvements.
Collaborate across HR, IT and business functions to build capabilities.
