Moove NA Distribution Holdings, Inc in King of Prussia, PA, seeks a seasoned logistics leader to plan, manage and dispatch routes for internal and external drivers; oversee all freight movements, optimize inbound, outbound and transfers, and balance costs with effective mode strategies.

You will partner with Inventory to schedule product transfers, supervise a Logistics Coordinator, develop and track transportation KPIs, and drive continuous improvement by analyzing data and negotiating with

Qualifications

• B.S. in Supply Chain or Operations or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years relevant transportation experience.
• Experience with Tanker, Truckload, LTL, Parcel shipping; rail a plus.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations; time-sensitive environments.
• Experience with TMS systems such as Mercury Gate.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and dispatch routes for internal and external drivers.
• Oversee and optimize all freight movements: inbound, outbound, transfers.
• Use best mode strategies to meet freight budget goals.
• Negotiate with carriers and build strong rapport to improve capacity.
• Maintain carrier and driver service, delivery times and costs.
• Partner with Inventory to schedule product transfers and maximize truck utilization.
• Supervise and coach Logistics Coordinator.
• Develop and track transportation KPIs; drive service improvements.
