Job summary

Ground Freight Solutions is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing operations team. This role reports to the Director of Truckload Brokerage and ensures quality service by routing, scheduling, and entering shipments while maintaining clear customer communications.

You will collaborate across the organization, monitor shipments for on-time delivery, and support daily duties in a fast-paced logistics environment in Granger, IN.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Route, schedule, and enter shipments per SOPs and TMS.
• Maintain on-time pickup and delivery through shipment tracking.
• Provide courteous phone and email client service.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily operational duties.
