Job summary

Direct Traffic Solutions, Inc. in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Carrier Sales Rep to build and grow a carrier base, negotiate competitive rates, and keep shipments moving with proactive updates. This is an on-site role in a veteran-led 3PL.

You will collaborate across teams, track loads, and provide real-time status in a fast-paced environment. Base salary ranges $45,000–$55,000 plus commission, with full benefits and 401(k) matching. Veterans strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating rates with carriers using market data.
• Ability to grow and manage a carrier base.
• Strong communication across teams and customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics coordination.
• Background in military logistics is a plus.
