• Two years of experience in a 3PL environment.

• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers to increase profitable volume.
• Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction.
• Coordinate daily office operations: building loads, setting up carriers, updating systems, scheduling pickups and deliveries.
• Uphold company processes and carrier matching for shipments.
