Zelh is a fast-growing outsourcing company seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to join its team. You will build and manage a carrier portfolio, source capacity, negotiate rates, and ensure timely freight execution in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in carrier sales, 3PL or brokerage logistics or related sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with accountability in a fast-paced team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage a portfolio of carrier relationships to support customer freight needs.
• Negotiate pricing and secure capacity for spot and contracted freight.
• Maintain at least 10 loads per day, while buying at or better than market.
• Maintain regular communication with carriers to address service disruptions and ensure quality execution.
• Meet and exceed daily performance metrics including outbound calls, tracking, and reliability.
• Leverage tools to source carrier capacity strategically.
• Monitor market trends to inform pricing and optimize carrier utilization.
