Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related software.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Carriers.
• Negotiate rates with Carriers.
• Track and trace all shipments from booking through delivery.
• Confirm all accessorial charges within 48 hours of delivery.
