Job summary

BlueGrace Logistics invites motivated students to join its Summer 2027 Carrier Sales Intern program. You will learn how to cultivate carrier relationships, negotiate rates, and help move freight across the US. This on-site internship offers mentorship, hands-on experience, and exposure to three proprietary technologies.

You will work with a dynamic team, participate in bi-weekly development sessions, and be challenged to exceed metrics while building a real career in logistics.

Qualifications

• Current students with an expected graduation date by August 2028.
• Gritty, highly motivated self-starter with a relentless drive to succeed.
• Outstanding communicator, strong negotiator and the ability to connect with people.

Responsibilities

• Make 85 cold calls to truckload carriers to fulfill shipping commitments.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and book loads.
• Focus on building new relationships as you build your own carrier portfolio.
• Provide top notch service to partner carriers and internal stakeholders while being rewarded for exceeding metrics.
• Resolve service failures in an industry where chaos is bound to occur.
