Responsibilities

• Oversee in-transit shipments and coordinate with carriers to optimize loads.
• Track and Trace shipment progress and update customers on load status.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing carriers.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and assign drivers to loads to meet pickup times.
• Follow-up and communicate status to ensure on-time customer delivery.
• Coordinate with account and sales reps on issues and updates.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
