LS Nexus is seeking a Carrier Representative to build strong relationships with new and existing carriers, sourcing truck capacity to meet the needs of customers and carriers. The role involves teamwork, communication via phone, email, and IM, and a willingness to train the right candidate.

The position operates from our Cedar Rapids office, with standard hours 8am–5pm Monday to Friday and some on-call responsibilities. PTO, benefits, and retirement plans are offered.

Due to growth and business needs, LS Nexus is hiring a Carrier Representative in order to provide superior service to its customers and its carriers.

The Carrier Representative establishes relationships with new & existing carriers while working as a team member. We engage those relationships utilizing phone, email, & I.M. tools. Through the relationships that the Carrier Representative builds, the Carrier Representative sources truck capacity and works to fulfill the needs of LS Nexus’ customers and the needs of the carriers. If you like helping others and have attention to detail, then this is the role for you. We are willing to train the right individual.
