Job summary

Conterra Networks in Charlotte, NC is seeking a G&A - Service Delivery & PMO professional to manage telecom cost analysis, vendor contracts, and procurement across education, healthcare, enterprise, and carrier clients. This full-time role supports a growing fiber network and requires strong negotiation and relationship skills.

You will coordinate with third party providers, maintain rate cards, review quotes, and ensure timely fulfillment of last-mile services while driving efficiency and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in telecom cost analysis.
• 3–5 years in telecom cost analysis, carrier relations, pricing or procurement.
• Knowledge of Ethernet, IP, wavelengths, and dark fiber helpful.
• Strong negotiation and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with third party providers.
• Maintain contracts, rate cards, network maps, and vendor information.
• Assist with negotiating rates, terms, and SLAs with providers.
• Review internal quote requests and provide competitive pricing.
• Coordinate fulfillment of last-mile provider orders and timelines.
• Research new off-net opportunities and track performance of services.
