Job summary

Conterra Networks is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Charlotte, NC team as a telecom cost analyst. You will build relationships with third-party providers, review contracts, and help negotiate terms to support our nationwide fiber and telecom projects.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years in telecom cost analysis or procurement, and strong negotiation and communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related experience.
• Strong negotiation and written/spoken communication skills.
• Ability to analyze problems, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with third party providers to foster trust.
• Maintain contracts, rate cards, and vendor information.
• Assist with negotiating rates, terms, and SLAs with third parties.
• Review quotes and provide competitive pricing for off-net services.
• Coordinate fulfillment of last-mile provider orders and ensure timelines.
