• Strong written and verbal communication skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the smooth movement of shipments by managing carrier capacity, monitoring transit, and resolving issues proactively.
• Negotiate rates and secure capacity that meets load requirements and service expectations.
• Build and maintain carrier relationships through cold outreach, referrals, and consistent follow-up.
• Communicate daily with owner-operators, dispatchers, and drivers to manage active freight and future opportunities.
• Maintain a high level of daily activity (75-100+ carrier touchpoints/day) to secure capacity and grow your network.
• Deliver exceptional service to both carriers and internal teams by being responsive and dependable.
• Accurately enter and manage shipment details in our freight software to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity.
