Job summary

Insight Global is seeking three highly organized individuals to support fiber and telecom infrastructure supply chain programs. You will help manage supplier capacity, track critical deliveries, monitor project demand, maintain reporting and dashboards, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to support communications and escalation management.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with suppliers,

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial reports, price proposals, and business cases (ROI, benefits tracking).
• Accurate documentation and recording of customer information.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to purchasing.
• Knowledge of supply chain management.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier capacity management, track critical deliveries, monitor project demand, and maintain reporting and dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support supplier communications and escalation management.
• Maintain demand and capacity forecasts, track supplier performance, and support executive reporting; identify delivery risks and drive process improvements.
