Job summary

Foundever seeks a seasoned Carrier Analyst to oversee global telecom relationships and optimize services for the company’s network. You will drive cost-effective solutions, manage orders, and coordinate with engineering on transitions.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in telecom services, strong analytical skills, and a track record of successful project delivery across international carriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience ordering and managing telecommunication services.
• Strong understanding of global carrier methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with Foundever's global carrier partners and coordinate communications.
• Analyze telecom service options and recommend cost-efficient solutions.
• Manage the entire ordering process for carrier services and related circuits.
• Coordinate transitions between carriers and Foundever's engineering team.
• Develop processes for provisioning and track cost savings through orders.
• Conduct cost-saving opportunity analyses and drive implementations.
• Collaborate to ensure domestic and international voice/data circuit resiliency.
• Provide regular updates to management on carrier performance and progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
