Job summary

Conterra Networks is seeking a results-driven professional to join the G&A - Service Delivery & PMO in a full-time role based in Charlotte, NC or Longview, TX. You will manage third-party providers, negotiate rates, update contracts and rate cards, and help ensure timely delivery of last-mile telecom services.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in telecom cost analysis, pricing or procurement, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in telecom cost analysis, carrier relations, pricing or procurement.
• Knowledge of telecom products and services including Ethernet, IP, Wavelengths, and Dark Fiber.
• Excellent negotiation and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with third party providers.
• Maintain contracts, update rate cards, building lists and network maps.
• Assist with negotiating rates, terms, conditions, and SLAs with third-party providers.
• Review and respond to internal quote requests and provide pricing for off-net services.
• Coordinate fulfillment of last-mile provider orders and meet timelines.
