Job summary

Open Road Transportation Inc. is seeking a Carrier Operations Representative to learn the logistics business and provide operational support to internal teams, customers, and carrier partners. You will communicate with truck drivers by phone and email to keep shipments on time and running smoothly.

In this full-time role, you will verify load information, schedule appointments, track shipments, and maintain high service levels while upholding company values and a sense of urgency.

  • Schedule appointments via phone, email, or other communications.
  • Ensure shipments are picked up and delivered on time while meeting customer requirements.
  • Provide timely and accurate shipment information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Audit load information for accuracy and updates as needed.
  • Track and trace shipments.
  • Uphold company values and maintain a servant-leader mentality to meet/exceed customer satisfaction.
  • Treat customers, carriers, and teammates with respect.

Job description

You will be responsible for communicating with truck drivers via phone/email to ensure each OpenRoad shipment is on-time and running smoothly.
