Qualifications

• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
• Are 18 years of age or older.
• Experience pulling data from databases (Excel, Access, SQL or other data management systems) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve cases submitted by our carrier partners, ensuring data collection and onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time.
• Track case progress through systems, documenting outcomes and updates.
• Prioritize tasks to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant stakeholders.
