U.S. Xpress is hiring for a REP, Carrier Compliance. You will review carrier credentials to ensure they meet compliance requirements, enter data across several systems, and scan documents for safe storage. You will also solicit missing information and maintain accuracy in all carrier records.

The role includes daily KPI reporting, data auditing, and direct support to the Carrier Compliance Team Leader. Remote work is limited and the team emphasizes accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in transportation industry is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to type 25-30 wpm with strong verbal communication and telephone techniques.

Responsibilities

• Review carrier credentials to determine compliance with U.S. Xpress requirements.
• Enter required data into carrier files across multiple operating systems.
• Scan documents into the imaging system for safe storage and reference.
• Enter new carrier information into multiple operating systems.
• Update data for existing carrier files across systems.
• Solicit carriers to collect missing information for compliance.
• Ensure accuracy of data across systems.
• Follow standard operating procedures for carrier compliance.
• Communicate with Carrier Reps to share carrier compliance information.
• Daily KPI reporting to key business owners.
• Audit carrier compliance data.
• Provide direct support to Carrier Compliance Team Leader.
