Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in Sales, Transportation, Finance, or Hospitality preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI at an intermediate level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage carrier relationships to negotiate rates and secure load coverage.
• Establish, grow and manage a network of carriers via lead generation, cold calling, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain quality working relationships with carriers, transportation providers, drivers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor carrier performance to maintain high level service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues for carrier partners and customers.
• Sourcing new business opportunities and provide market feedback to procurement.
• Review carrier credentials to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Track, trace and manage all loads from pickup to delivery.
