Responsibilities

1. Perform quality work consistently and at an acceptable pace.
2. Reliably report to work on time, reporting all absences prior to the start of the working day.
3. Politely greet clients (if home) and explain the day's procedures.
4. Listen to customers' concerns and offer professional recommendations to satisfy those concerns.
5. Use Chem-Dry's proprietary hot carbonating extraction cleaning process and other applications as trained.
6. Notify clients when the job is complete and explain any unusual findings, answering questions.
7. Complete all required forms accurately and on time.
8. Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition.
9. Assist in upgrading sales to current customers.
10. Follow route assignments and drive safely.

Qualifications

1. Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
2. Write short, detailed correspondence.
3. Effectively and graciously present information to clients in one-on-one and small group settings.
4. Outstanding customer service skills.
5. Team player with a safe driving record and reliable transportation.
6. Able to lift 100 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
7. Perform duties safely, effectively, and carefully, respecting customer belongings and homes.
8. Pass a drug screening test.
9. No experience necessary.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.
