Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is expanding our construction crews and promoting employee ownership through an ESOP. The role offers hourly pay from $20.00 to $22.00 with a $2000 first-year bonus and a $500 quarterly bonus during the first year.

Expect 9–10 hour days during peak season, occasional travel up to 25%, and opportunities to work with a safety‑minded team across multiple plants and centers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction or framing preferred.
• Ability to read and follow construction plans accurately.
• Willingness to participate in training programs.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Capable of lifting 50–100 pounds and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures.
• Read, understand and build according to plans.
• Use tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Dig and install footings, frame walls/roofs, install doors/windows, and apply siding/ roofing materials.
• Collaborate with crew in a safe, productive work environment.
