Job summary

West Shore Home is hiring a Residential Remodeler in Salisbury, MD. The role starts at 6:30 AM Monday through Friday, assisting with safe and effective remodel installations of bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors.

You will load materials, travel to homes, install fixtures, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining site cleanliness. Great benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, HSA, PTO, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
