West Shore Home is seeking a Construction Trainee in Raleigh-Durham, NC. The role involves assisting in safe installations of baths and related remodels, with early start times and daily travel to job sites. Training is provided to develop carpentry, plumbing, and installation skills while delivering a 5-star customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or plumbing, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone or device to log into company systems using two‑factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan, wall surround, and update plumbing as needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and show care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
