West Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company delivering bathroom, flooring, window, and door remodels across more than 40 locations. The Residential Remodeling Trainee role supports install teams, assuring quality workmanship and a five-star customer experience.

You will start early, commute to jobs, assist with demos and installations, and help with cleanup and site safety. This entry-level opportunity includes training and growth potential within a nationwide organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
