Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a dedicated Residential Remodeler to join their team in Lawrence, MA. In this role, you will perform safe installations in customers' homes while ensuring a five-star experience. Key responsibilities include loading materials, traveling to job sites, performing remodel installations, and cleaning up afterward.

The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry and plumbing, along with a commitment to safety and quality. This position offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
