Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler to perform and coordinate safe installations of baths, showers, and related remodel components. The installer will follow SOPs and PPE protocols while delivering a 5-star customer experience and ensuring high quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include on-site setup, customer interaction, installation of fixtures, and post-job cleanup. A valid license, tools, and reliable transport are required to meet early start times and drive efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing or a hunger to learn.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Load materials and trucks by 6:30 AM from warehouse and return after job completion.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
