H&H Builders in Denver, CO is seeking a reliable, hands-on Carpenter to join our residential remodeling team. This foundational field role offers opportunities to work with experienced carpenters and project leadership on framing and general carpentry within our design-build projects.

You will contribute to well-planned remodeling efforts, learn our systems and processes, and grow within the company while maintaining a strong work ethic and attention to quality.

Formación

• 2+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred.
• Experience with remodeling or renovation work is a plus.
• Basic understanding of framing and construction methods.
• Enough hands-on experience to contribute effectively on a jobsite.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the company.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Pride in doing quality work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

Position Overview

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Carpenter to join our residential remodeling team. This is a foundational field position for someone who has enough carpentry experience to be a strong team member, while remaining willing to learn, develop their skills, and grow within H&H Builders' systems and processes. You'll work alongside experienced carpenters, project leadership, and trade partners to support framing and general carpentry work on residential remodel projects. This role is a good fit for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with others, and wants to continue building their skills in residential remodeling. This is a field-focused role with clear direction and support, not a management position.
