This role emphasizes on-site client relations, coordination with trade partners, and hands-on carpentry leadership. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in residential remodeling, strong framing and finish carpenter skills, and the ability to train teams, read blueprints, and supervise subcontractors while delivering exceptional

Competenze

• Minimum 7 years of experience in residential remodeling.
• Background in framing, finish carpentry, drywall finishing, and general knowledge of specialized trade work.
• Ability to lay out projects from plans, troubleshoot problems, and evaluate execution options.
• Ability to supervise a team of subcontractors and production workers.
• Proficiency in customer service satisfaction and effective communication.
• Reliable, organized and mechanically inclined.
• Ability to train and mentor fellow carpenters.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime and possess reliable transportation.

We're looking for a Lead Remodeling Carpenter to join our team! The right candidate will oversee project planning, client relations on-site, managing team members, coordinating with trade partners, and guiding projects from demolition to finish. This role offers plenty of room for personal and professional growth, with ongoing training and education to help you level up in the remodeling trade.

Responsibilities

• Capacity to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to manipulate objects of up to 80 lbs for 50 feet.
• Must provide a complete set of hand tools.
