This role requires the ability to work independently, think ahead, and take ownership of projects, with strong finish carpentry skills and meticulous attention to detail. You will collaborate with project managers, homeowners, and subcontractors on diverse tasks and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential remodeling experience.
• Strong finish carpentry skills.
• Reliable vehicle and a clean and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and lead when needed.
• Excellent communication with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential remodeling including framing, trim, cabinetry, drywall, finishes, doors, windows, floors.
• Read and understand project plans and scopes of work.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and homeowners.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Identify problems early and help develop solutions.
• Use company job management software for updates and communication.
• Deliver quality workmanship that exceeds customer expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Performing residential remodeling work including framing, trim, cabinetry installation, drywall/finishes, painting, doors, windows, flooring, and finish carpentry.
• Reading and understanding project plans and scopes of work.
• Working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and homeowners.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Identifying problems early and helping develop solutions.
• Using company job management software for daily updates, photos, notes, and project communication.
• Delivering quality workmanship that exceeds customer expectations.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of residential remodeling experience.
• Strong finish carpentry skills.
• Reliable truck and a clean and valid driver's license.
• Professional-grade hand and power tools.
• Experience using smartphones, tablets, and job management software.
• Ability to work independently and lead when needed.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
