Ryann Reed Design Build in Newtown, PA is seeking a skilled Carpenter for our production team to deliver exceptional craftsmanship on high-end residential remodeling projects.

This role suits carpenters who take pride in detail, enjoy challenging work, and want a clear path for growth including advancement into a Lead Carpenter role.

You'll perform framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation and more, with pay between $25 and $30 per hour, plus benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience.
• Strong skills across framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, drywall, and custom woodworking.
• Lead Carpenter or crew leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall, trim, tile, and custom woodworking
• Execute work on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and whole-home remodels
• Read and follow blueprints, plans, and scopes of work
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, Lead Carpenters, and subcontractors
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites; communicate progress and material needs daily
• Support and guide less-experienced carpenters when needed

About The Role

Compensation
