Responsibilities include routine maintenance of structural and architectural features, responding to trouble calls, reading blueprints, and using hand and power tools. Adheres to all regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Technical school diploma or equivalent knowledge; 5+ years carpentry with leadership in installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Thorough knowledge of local, state and national codes.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance on building structural, architectural, wall, flooring, ceiling systems, windows and doors.
• Responds to carpentry trouble calls and requests throughout the facilities.
• Inspects and tests building features and systems; reads blueprints and specifications.
• Uses hand and power tools; performs framing, sheetrock, ceiling, flooring, and furniture installation/assembly.
• Keeps work areas neat; adheres to compliance policies and current regulations.
