Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains documentation such as work orders and logs.
• Completes work orders pertaining to Life Safety, Environment of Care, Safety and Patient Related.
• Completes Preventative Maintenance Work Orders.
• Studies blueprints, sketches, or building plans for information pertaining to material requirements.
• Calculates cost associated with materials and labor with Maintenance Manager.
• Marks cutting and assembly lines on materials, shapes and assembles per measures.
• Selects specified materials such as lumber for projects.
• Fabricates and constructs cabinetry.
• Builds stairs, lays out and installs partitions.
• Maintains a clean environment in connection with infection control standards.
