Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Carpenter Trainee to support residential remodels in Salisbury, MD. This full-time role starts early, with a 6:30 AM shift, and involves loading materials, traveling to homes, and assisting with bath/shower installations alongside skilled installers.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry or remodeling is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in safe and efficient installations following SOPs and PPE.
• Load materials and transport equipment to job sites by 6:30 AM.
• Greet customers, establish rapport, and inspect work area.
• Demo existing fixtures and install new components as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and document work progress for the warehouse and customers.
