Job summary

Closets by Design is looking for a Carpenter Apprentice in Lisle, IL to assist Lead Installers with installing custom closet systems, garages and home offices. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, with opportunities to learn and advance within the franchise.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, potential experience in closet/garage installation, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain current driver’s license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle in safe manner.
• Closet, garage, or office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion.
• Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner to ensure satisfaction while operating company vehicle and tools safely.
• Support installation projects and contribute to on-time completion.

Carpenter Apprentices assist Lead Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. They also demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion, while operating company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.
