Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, urban planning or related field.
• 5+ years in commercial real estate research or related area.
• Strong presentation and client-facing capabilities.
• Analytical skills with ability to interpret market data.
• Strategic thinking to align research with business objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and manage production of Carolinas local market research reports and contributions to national reports.
• Analyze and report on the local economy with respect to employment statistics, major company activity, industry trends and demographic shifts.
• Maintain knowledge of macro/micro factors and position research to support business goals.
• Tell compelling market stories to establish JLL as a thought leader in CRE trends.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and internal teams to execute the research plan.
• Develop white papers on key market trends and contribute to national research reports.
