Delaware Elevator, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to grow our Carolinas territory in commercial construction. You will focus on building relationships, qualifying leads, and closing deals to expand our market share.

This role offers a competitive base salary plus high-earning commissions, plus a company vehicle or allowance and full benefits. You must be self-driven, organized, and able to manage your own schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in commercial construction.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Willingness to complete technical training within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop a solid sales pipeline using regional marketing strategies.
• Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and close deals.
• Build strong relationships with general contractors and facility managers.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to promote the Delaware Elevator brand.
• Estimate and propose profitable projects; maintain sales data and CRM monthly reports.
