Job summary

Helix Traffic Solutions is hiring a driven Field Sales Representative to grow our PSg Traffic Services business across the Carolinas. You will manage an assigned territory, hunt for new accounts, and build lasting relationships with contractors and DOT clients.

You will spend significant time in the field visiting job sites, coordinating with our estimating team, and delivering fast, accurate quotes. This role rewards performance with a commission-based structure and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience in sales/business development.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and closing new business.
• Strong hunter mentality with ability to prospect and convert opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned territory/book of business.
• Proactively hunt and close new accounts while retaining and expanding relationships.
• Visit active job sites to understand customer needs and deliver value.
• Coordinate with estimating team to deliver fast, accurate quotes.
• Represent PSG Traffic Services professionally at job sites and with clients.
