Job summary

The Bridger Group is helping a well-established metal building manufacturer recruit a District Sales Manager to lead the Carolinas territory. This highly autonomous role offers significant growth potential and strong internal support, with minimal overnight travel.

You will manage and grow the Carolina sales footprint, build relationships with builders and contractors, pursue new opportunities, and collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in the metal building, structural steel, building products, or commercial construction industry.
• PEMB experience strongly preferred.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently manage and grow a sales territory.
• Wisconsin market relationships are a plus.
