Job summary

MBK Senior Living seeks a dedicated Medication Technician to provide compassionate, high‑quality resident care, supporting daily medication administration and activities of daily living. You will document, deliver, and assist with treatments per physician orders, while adhering to policies and HIPAA requirements.

Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, be comfortable with technology for documentation, and demonstrate sound decision‑making in emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certification or education as required by state regulations.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications, treatments, and care per personalized plans.
• Notify supervisor if medication is not administered as directed and document the reason.
• Maintain confidential medication and care records in accordance with procedures and policies.
• Document incident reports and communicate changes to a supervisor immediately.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resident alerts or requests as needed.
• Promote teamwork and MBK values through mentoring and coaching.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
