Qualifikationen

• Answers phones and greets patients.
• Performs general nursing care following standards and procedures.
• Interviews patients, measures vital signs, records information.
• Draws blood or collects specimens for lab analysis if required.
• Prepares examination rooms and maintains daily cleaning.
• Schedules diagnostic testing and follows up on completes.
• Documents patient care plans and test results in EMR.
• Explains procedures and assists with diagnostic imaging as needed.
• Escalates non-routine issues to the Office Manager or Physician.
