Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare, LLC is seeking dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our growing team serving seniors and adults in need of support across multiple counties in Florida. Join a compassionate agency with flexible shifts and opportunities for steady hours, including 4h, 8h, and 12h slots.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, and transfers, providing companionship, transporting to appointments, and following personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• HHA certification or CNA license required.
• CPR-BLS certification required.
• Physical health form within last 6 months.
• TB skin test or Quantiferon TB blood test result required.
• CEU HIPAA HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer's, and medication assistance CEUs required.
• Level 2 background check or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Care for a fall-risk patient with close attention to safety.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Drive patient to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Follow patient’s individualized care plan.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort at all times.
• Communicate clearly with the care team regarding changes or concerns.

HHA Certificate
