The Adolphus Group is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Montgomery County, PA. Full Time and Part Time roles involve shift coverage across mornings, evenings, and overnights in licensed residential homes, supporting adults with developmental disabilities with health, safety, dignity, and independence.

Applicants must own a reliable vehicle and maintain dependable attendance. You will document progress, follow ISP/BSP/Risk plans, and work trauma‑informed with a collaborative care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Own reliable vehicle for commuting.
• Able to maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
• Able to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays when scheduled.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Follow individualized support plans and established safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living and nutrition per ISP.
• Implement ISPs, BSPs, and Risk Mitigation Plans.
• Complete shift notes, data, progress tracking, and incident reports.
• Administer medications when trained and authorized.
• Maintain trauma‑informed, respectful care and documentation.
