Job summary

Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC d/b/a Avamere Living in Lake Oswego is seeking a Server for Avamere at The Stafford. This part-time role supports memory care, assisted living, and independent living residents by delivering excellent dining service.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals, maintaining dining room cleanliness, and collaborating with kitchen staff. Weekend availability is required; training provided and location offers a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of high standards of food service sanitation and safety.
• Must maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with residents, guests, and staff.
• Ability to learn and operate kitchen equipment as needed.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately recording and delivering meal and beverage orders from residents.
• Promptly and courteously delivering food and beverages to residents, ensuring they are presented attractively.
• Providing attentive and friendly service, checking on residents' needs during meals and addressing requests.
• Setting up dining rooms before meals and maintaining cleanliness throughout service.
• Clearing tables and resetting them for the next service, including room service deliveries.
• Assisting with menu questions and accommodating dietary needs while maintaining professionalism.
