The Longboard Sullivan’s Island is seeking an experienced Line Cook to own a station from prep to service, executing precise recipes and presentation with consistency. You will thrive in a high-volume kitchen, manage tickets during rushes, and uphold strict food-safety standards while contributing to a collaborative, hospitality-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, strong knife and sanitation skills, and a passion for food.

Responsabilidades

• Execute menu specs with culinary pride, ensuring every dish leaving the line meets exact standards.
• Move with speed and precision during peak rushes without sacrificing quality.
• Own prep, mise en place, and station setup for seamless service.
• Complete daily station prep with vegetables, sauces, and proteins per target specs.
• Collaborate with executive kitchen team on pacing tickets and line flow.
• Assist neighboring stations during peak periods.
• Help with cleaning, stocking, and sanitation checks at opening/closing.
• Unloading deliveries and stocking supplies as needed.
• Monitor food safety and cleanliness to ensure a compliant kitchen.
• Maintain an immaculate health inspection environment.
