Mex 1 Coastal Cantina is seeking motivated Line Cooks for our Sullivan's Island kitchen. Join a fast-paced, high-energy team that takes pride in delivering great food consistently. Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook is preferred, training available for right candidate.

Mex 1 Coastal Cantina is looking for motivated, dependable Line Cooks to join our Sullivan's Island kitchen crew. If you love working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and take pride in putting out great food consistently, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and execute menu items according to Mex 1 recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support prep and closing duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Team-first attitude and reliable work ethic
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
