Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking a CargoWise Business System Analyst to assist in the implementation of CargoWise for US Brokerage teams. This remote role requires a strong knowledge of CargoWise and experience in air and ocean brokerage operations. The candidate will provide best practices, help design processes, and assist in developing internal guides. Frequent travel is required, about twice a month, with a goal to transition all of US Brokerage by July 2027.

Qualifications

• Very strong knowledge of CargoWise.
• Experience with US Brokerage air/ocean and border operations.
• Previous CargoWise implementation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying CargoWise for US Brokerage teams.

Job Role: CargoWise Business System Analyst

Location: Remote US with frequent travel required

Travel: Required – Twice a month

Job Description: We are preparing to implement CargoWise for our US Brokerage teams and want to have our phases run concurrently so we are looking for subject matter experts to assist in our deployment. This includes advising on best practices, supporting process design, and assisting with the development of internal user guides and SOPs. We also have a need for someone to support our hypercare after each phase go live, so the teams can continue working on the other phase deployments. We ideally want to transition all of US Brokerage by July 2027

Experience Required: Very strong knowledge of CargoWise, US Brokerage air/ocean, N. Border, S. Border. Previously CW implementation experience preferred.
