Qualifications

• Experience as CargoWise Application Specialist, Super User, or similar in freight forwarding/logistics.
• Proficiency with U.S. Customs brokerage processes and regulatory compliance.
• CargoWise configuration including workflows, templates, tariffs, autorating, and event management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans with timelines and documentation standards.
• Support rollout of new CW features, with user training and post-launch support.
• Analyze project data, assess risks, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with operational needs.
• Manage CargoWise workflows and brokerage module configurations for U.S. customs compliance.
• Create and maintain CW reports to support visibility and regulatory tracking.
